Develop a business case with ROI for the IT Governance Initiative Understand & Analyse the Roles, Accountabilities, responsibilities required to do good governance specifically how to put together RACI Charts. Understand and apply the Key Governance Processes, and the key Goals of Benefits realisation, Risk and resource optimization and specifically how to monitor performance and align with the business organisation. How to apply and use COBIT to develop, modify and enhance the Governance process in their own organisations.
